Developing skills for life's cycles and seasons.
Building confident kids for a limitless future.

A strong Mind | Body | Soul foundation fuels the creation of endless possibilities.

Albert Einstein's quote, "Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world," highlights the value of creative thinking and its potential to push beyond existing knowledge. In our rapidly evolving, complex world, children must navigate constant change with adaptability. Through Soul Seeds' Mind | Body | Soul programs, students explore the interconnectedness of mind, body, and soul, gaining self-empowering knowledge. This understanding fosters continuous learning, trust, and resilience, equipping them to tackle challenges effectively.

Our programs emphasize creative play, exploration and relationships and provides opportunities for reflection, community, creativity, curiosity, gratitude, and empathy—helping kids get inspired in nature, make meaningful connections, build self-awareness, and strike emotional and behavioral balance.

This approach is central to our overall well-being and fosters a sense of purpose.

While children are skilled at tapping into their inner world of imagination, they naturally begin to interface between real and imaginary worlds. We spend time demonstrating the power of our minds by learning how thoughts shape feelings and actions and identify how senses start to develop from our environment. When we believe in ourselves, we believe in possibilities, and our ability to create is limitless.

Body

The human body houses our soul.

Have fun learning about how your body is an amazing machine and you have the keys to help it grow stronger, run faster and think sharper. The body is a powerful instrument — and a beautiful part of how we experience the world. Through active play, outdoor adventures, and simple wellness practices, kids learn to care for their bodies, make good choices, and experience the joy of movement. We help them develop strength not just physically, but in confidence and self-respect.

Soul

Let’s shine our lights and connect to the universe.

When children feel connected — to themselves, to others, and to something greater — they shine. This program incorporates nurture via nature, delving into the incredible wonder of the world in which we reside. Exploring our environment and the magic of taking time for reflection, gratitude, and sharing with one another, helping them grow a sense of purpose and belonging. Through sensing our energy centers, we explore spiritual frequencies that reside within each of us, and tap into our inner voice to develop a trust in it.

"An avid practitioner and student of mind body soul connections, I’ve navigated a host of life’s cycles and seasons and in taking time to reflect on what matters most, I felt a strong calling to give back and share the lessons I’ve learned with children to be able to offer them tools and techniques that I wish I’d learned sooner in life. I consider myself abundantly blessed with an incredible family, strong faith in God and many lifelong friends. And while our life paths are not without obstacles, I consider myself a true testament to the benefits of persistence in my commitment to change and getting my behavior to align with my intention. My journey is nowhere near complete in my estimation though I am ecstatic to be exhibiting my own ability to listen to my intuition and trust in all that awaits. I look forward to interacting, growing, learning and creating with you and yours."
